The Catholic University of Malawi is a fast growing institution of higher learning accredited by the Government of Malawi to offer degrees, diplomas and certificates. It was established by the Episcopal Conference of Malawi on October 16, 2004 and it officially opened its doors in 2006 when the State President Professor Bingu wa Mutharika presided over its auspicious launch.
The vision of the Catholic University of Malawi is to be the Centre of excellence for quality holistic education in every field of knowledge for the good of the people of Malawi and beyond.
