Malawi College of Accountancy (MCA) is a professional training institution in the field of Accounting and Finance MCA is a statutory body (Government owned organization) mandated to train personnel in Accounting and was established in 1980 by government order under the education Act 1980.
However the first classes were held in 1978. With over 30 years experience, MCA has progressed from a fully Government funded institution to one that is self sustaining Malawi College of Accountancy with its vision of being a leading business training institution strives to provide the best training in Accountancy and related disciplines in the region.

The Malawi College of Accountancy School of Commerce’s academic year runs from July each year. However, limited places are available in the following continuing degree programmes in Blantyre and Lilongwe only, on full time, evening and weekend basis:
