2 Session Dates
2nd Semester 2017 Start on 1st July and End on 24 November 2017
1st Semester 2018 Start on 20th January and end on 2nd June 2018
Tuition in Level 2 as from the Saturday following release of Exam results
3 Tuition Fees Modules 1 to 7 Rs 8 000 /module
Module 8 Rs 9 000 for Belstar Students
Rs 12 000 for New Student
4 Payment facilities are available for ONE Module only
Applicants must be already registered with ICSA see 9b
should not be benefitting from discounts see 5
must collect and complete the application form for payment facilities
5 A Discount of 50% is granted to a student who repeats a module PROVIDED
1 he was enrolled for that Module at Belstar during the preceding 12 months
2 fees were fully paid and on time during that previous enrolment
6 Liability for Tuition Fees
Please note that once enrolled a student is liable for the Full fees. Dropping out does
not in any way mitigate this liability However a written notification of intention to
drop with explanations of the reasons thereof may allow management to apply some
discretion for a waiver of liability and a part refund
7 Registering with ICSA through Belstar Centre
You can avoid the hassle of having to go to the bank to prepare a draft and then go
to Port Louis to deliver your documents and a draft it to ICSA office.
You can obtain from Belstar Administration the application form, complete it and
remit it with Rs10 000 in cash. You will be issued a receipt.
After payment to ICSA, adjustments due to exchange rates will be effected. Details
of all transactions will be posted on the Notice Board. Students will be refunded
excess or claimed short payment if any
8 Sponsored Students should submit G1 forms to HRDC BEFORE course starts
9 Documents to enclose with your enrolment form
(a) All Students 1 Copy of National Id card 2 Photocopy of latest qualification
(b) Applicants for payment facilities – Evidence of Registration with ICSA (ie) ANY of
(i) ICSA Registration letter (ii) screenshot of ICSA status page (iii) exam result slip
