Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy has been in existence for over 145 years, CAS is the first institute to offer this program in Africa. The program is meant to strengthen the public sector’s managerial skills; the courses are tailored to suit the public sector’s needs. Entry Requirements
In order to qualify as a CIPFA student one must meet these conditions: Employment with government of Lesotho; Any university degree or relevant university diploma obtained within the last five (5) years with least one or more years experience in public financial management. COSC with a pass in mathematics & English Language or equivalent with at least two years working experience in public financial management.
