Certificate in Psychosocial Support Admission Requirements
PREAMBLE
Subject to the provisions of the General Regulations, the following Special Regulations of the Institute of Distance Education shall apply.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum requirement for entrance to the Certificate in Psychosocial Support shall be the Junior Certificate or a recognized equivalent qualification. Candidates must have passed at least four subjects, one of which must be English.
Preference will be given to applicants who are working with children and youth and have a letter of recommendation from an employer or designated/ recognized authority.
