Theoretical instruction and 55 hours of flight training (20 hours in a FNPT/II, 10 hours in a Single engine DA40NG and 15 hours in a Multi engine DA42)

Pre Entry Requirements
1. Hold a:
a) PPL(A) with the privileges to fly at night
b) An ATPL in another category of aircraft
c) A CPL(A)
2. Hold a valid Class 1 or Class 2* Medical
3. Have completed at least 50 hours cross country flight time as Pilot-In-Command in aeroplanes, helicopters or airships of which at least 10, or in the case of airships, 20 hours shall be in aeroplanes
4. Hold a valid class rating for the actual class before commencing flight training
5. Have passed the written theoretical examinations for an IR(A) or an ATPL(A) before skill test application
6. Have a good understanding of the English language both spoken and written
7. Have completed the Safety and Standardisation training described in the Operations Manual, which will be provided by Pilot Flight Academy during the course
*In case of Class 2 Medical, the holder shall undertake pure tone audiometry examinations in accordance with the periodicity and standard required for Class 1 Medical certificate holders.
Accomodation
Pilot Flight Academy assists all coming students in finding housing.
We have different dorm room solutions at the actual airport/school premises, and will forward all enrolled students to further booking of these or other housing alternatives.
Prices will vary with size, private bathroom solution etc, but starts from app. NOK 5000 per month, electricity and WIFI included.
All rooms come with a bed, wardrobe closet and desk, some dorm rooms have a private bathroom. All dorm room facilities are newly decorated and fresh looking.

Cost
Price NOK 230.450,- including both flight training and theoretical instruction.
A sign-on fee of NOK 5.000 is required, but will however be subtracted from the course cost and will therefore not lead to any additional expense.
Additional costs for Skill Test and fees to CAA Norway not included.
