THE PROGRAM AIM AND OBJECTIVES
 Aim
This programme aims at providing students with a comprehensive view of the basic issues covering Human Resource Development.
Objectives
The objectives of the program are:
a)  To develop students’  knowledge and skills in human resource development
b)  To enhance students’ analytical skills in deriving human resource policy prescriptions for public and private sectors, as well as, for international and non-governmental organizations.
c)  To equip students with the concepts and principles of human resource development
d)  To develop students’ competencies in a chosen field of human resource development
