How to apply:
- Send a mail on info@vatel.mu / admissions@vatel.mu to request an admission form. (For international students)
- Collect an admission form from the school on the address given below. (For Mauritian Students)
Admission fees : Payable once when admission is accepted by the admission dept. Not refundable.
Tuition fees: To be paid in full prior to the intake.
The fees are subject to an increase of 3% or based on inflation rate, whichever is higher.

*The fees are split over the duration of each programs.
Unused services or materials will not be refunded.
Handouts & teaching materials: Documents and hard copies provided by professors and lecturers as teaching supports.
Female Uniform: School (Vatel embroidery tag, white shirt, blazer, trousers, badge, polo shirt cap)
Access to the Vatel Virtual Library and the Vatel portal: Every student is given a personal email address.
These fees do not cover: Travel expenses related to internship.
STEP 1:
The application form that you received should be clearly filled and the following documents should be attached:
- Application form duly completed and signed by both the applicant and the sponsor (if any)
- Official certificates of formal education
- Photocopy of school transcripts showing subjects studied and grades obtained
- One page personal essay / Letter of support in English
- Recent Medical Certificate
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
STEP 2:
On Receipt of the application for, including all required documents, the candidate will have to undergo a series of tests (Knowledge & personality) as well as a motivation interview (via skype for international students)
The administrative fees (non-refundable) should be settled via bank draft or bank transfer in the name of TRIANON HOTEL & TOURISM MANAGEMENT CENTRE LTD
STEP 3:
The admission committee will assess the application and will inform the candidate within a lapse of 2 weeks time of its decision. In case of rejection, a brief written explanation of the reasons will be provided.
STEP 4:
Upon acceptation, the following should be done:
- Transfer the Registration fees (non-refundable) and 30% of school fees (refundable only in case of failure of HSC / A Level exams) via bank draft or bank transfer in the name of TRIANON HOTEL & TOURISM MANAGEMENT CENTRE LTD (See bank reference below).
- Once payment is received, a Certificate of enrollment will be issued to guarantee the student a seat.
- International candidates should also apply for a full medical insurance covering them over the duration of their stay in Mauritius.
- Send a copy of the insurance cover to the school
STEP 5:
The balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to the intake. On receipt of payment, Vatel Mauritius will: (for international students)
- Issue a Letter of Guarantee & Residence (LGR) confirming the final admission
