ELIGIBILITY Applicants should attach the following documents: PRE-SERVICE ✓ Grade 12 School Certificate with five (5) O’ levels or equivalent with Credit or better in English, Mathematics, Science or Chemistry, Physics and Biology and any other subject ✓ A-levels from a recognised reputable institution.
IN-SERVICE ✓ A copy of a Certificate or Diploma in Nursing obtained from a registered and recognised Institution ✓ A copy of the National Registration card ✓ Registered with the General Nursing Council of Zambia (GNCZ) ✓ Have a valid practicing license with the GNCZ ✓ Two referees (One from their nursing training institution)
All completed application forms should be accompanied by Certified copies of Transcript of Results and Certificates, a bank deposit slip OR receipt from the Bursar’s office and should reach the Academic Office by 30th January, 2020.
