The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for brand enhancement, public and media relations, digital marketing and production of Montclair Hotel and Casino.
Duties And Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include:
• Act as an ambassador for the organization at all times.
• Communicate with customers through social media, email as well as face to face and ensuring sales.
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Hotel and Casino products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations.
• Work to achieve sales targets, drive business and grow client base.
• Keep customer list aware of upcoming promotions and events.
• Be abreast with ever changing hospitality business trends.
• Work as a supportive, cohesive and harmonious team player.
• Able to transfer knowledge and skills.
• Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day and aim to exceed customer expectations of service and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously.
Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing/Website Development and Management/Graphic Design/Business Studies with Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Certification in Web Designing an added advantage.
