Shortlist and interview
If you are shortlisted for a position you will be invited to attend a competency based interview conducted by the recruiting Line Manager and respective Human Resources Business Partner. Your interview usually comprises of questions relating to your qualifications and past work experience.It will assess job relevant competencies that you possess, such as problem-solving, leadership or interpersonal skills required for the post.
Employment screening
If you are offered a job with us you will be asked to take part in our employment screening process. The checks we do will depend on the role you’ve applied for. Checks may include education, residency, credit, criminal history and relevant professional qualifications. At this stage it will be important for you to declare upfront anything that may negatively affect the application for a particular position.
