Internships
We provide opportunities for students to learn industry practice to equip them with practical experiences to lessons learnt in the lecture rooms. The opportunity is open to all tertiary students who are taking undergraduate courses in the Sciences, Humanities, Arts, Business Administration or any other related field. Interested students are required to submit internship request letters from their schools and a resume to the Human Resource Department.
National Service
CalBank takes on National Service Personnel on a yearly basis as part of its corporate responsibility of training graduates in readiness for the job market and trains them across various departments and branches. These National Service Personnel are assigned to the bank by the Service Secretariat.
Graduate Training Program
CalBank offers opportunities for fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of a first degree or its equivalence (who have completed their National Service) to embark on various career development scheme. Specific details are communicated from time to time.
