PROGRAMMES AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- DEPARTMENT OF NURSING SCIENCE
The Department of Nursing Science shall offer a four-year Bachelor of Nursing Science degree programme
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
- i) The minimum entrance requirements for the four-year Bachelor of Nursing Science degree shall be :
A minimum of six credits obtained in the GCE “O” Level/IGCSE/SGCSE which must be at C grade or better. Subjects that must be passed at C grade or better include the following:
- Mathematics (Math Literacy shall not be considered)
- Biology
And any four of the following:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- English Language
- Physics and Chemistry (combined )
- Combined Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Combined Science)
OR
A recognized equivalent qualification
- DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACY
The Department of Pharmacy shall offer a four-year Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
- i) The minimum entrance requirements for the Bachelor of Pharmacy degree by the Department of Pharmacy shall be:
A minimum of six credits obtained in the GCE “O” Level/IGCSE/SGCSE which must be at C grade or better. Subjects that must be passed at C grade or better include the following:
- Mathematics (Math Literacy shall not be considered)
- Chemistry/Physical Science
- Biology
And any other three subjects
OR
A recognized equivalent qualification
- DEPARTMENT OF MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE
The Department of Medical Laboratory Science shall offer a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science degree. The Bachelor programme is of four (4) years duration.
- ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- i) A minimum of six credits obtained in the GCE “O” Level/IGCSE/SGCSE which must be at C grade or better. Subjects that must be passed at C grade or better include the following:
- Mathematics (Math Literacy shall not be considered)
- Biology
And any four of the following subjects
- Chemistry
- Physics
- English Language
- Chemistry, Biology (Combined Science) plus any other subject at C grade or better.
OR
A recognized equivalent qualification
- DEPARTMENT OF RADIOGRAPHY
The Department of Radiography shall offer a Bachelor of Radiography degree. The degree programme is of four years’ duration.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
- i) A minimum of six credits obtained in the GCE “O” Level/IGCSE/SGCSE which must be at C grade or better. Subjects that must be passed at C grade or better include the following:
- Mathematics (Math Literacy shall not be considered)
- Biology
- Physics/Physical Science
And any other three subjects at C grade or better

A recognized equivalent qualification.
- DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY
The Department of Psychology shall offer a four-year Bachelor of Psychology degree programme.
- i) The minimum entrance requirements for a four-year Bachelor of Psychology degree shall be a minimum of six credits obtained in the GCE “O” Level/IGCSE/SGCSE. Subjects which must be passed at C grade or better include the following:
- Mathematics (Math Literacy shall not be considered)
- English Language
And any other four subjects at C grade or better.

- DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WORK
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
- i) The minimum entrance requirements for a four-year Bachelor of Social Work offered by the Department of Social Science shall be a minimum of six credits including English Language obtained in GCE “O” Level/IGCSE/SGCSE.
OR
A recognized equivalent qualification.
- DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
The Department of Computer Science shall offer a four-year Bachelor of Computer Science Programme.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
- i) A minimum of six credits obtained in the GCE “O” Level/IGCSE/SGCSE must be at C grade or better. Subjects that must be passed at C grade or better include the following:
- Mathematics (Math Literacy shall not be considered)
- Physics or Phys/Chem (Combined Science)
And any four of the following:
- Biology
- English Language
- Chemistry
A pass at C grade or better in any subject

A recognized equivalent qualification
