How to apply: for Admission
Complete an official application form which can be obtained from the Admissions Office, Lupane State University, Ground Floor,
Parkade Centre, Fife Street/ 9th Avenue, upon payment of ZWL$75.00. Application forms can also be downloaded from the
University website: www.lsu.ac.zw and the completed form should be accompanied by an original bank deposit slip of the
application fee of ZWL$75.00. The University’s banking details are as follows: Lupane State University; Bank: Agribank; Branch:
York House, Bulawayo; Account Number: 10357-057291279101. Please include your full name on the deposit slip. The
completed form should be submitted to the undersigned together with certified copies of your National Identity document, birth
certificate, ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level, degree certificates and other relevant documents by end of day on 11 September 2020.
