The Student Welfare Office is mandated to improve the student experience in the university. The office handles student’s accommodation services, reception of new students, student leadership development, management of residence life and the general welfare of students at the university. We ensure that as a student you have a conducive living and learning environment.

We can help with the following:

·         assist with the registration and enrolment process

·          provide information, guidance and resolution on financial enquiries and provide information on financial aid options

·         provide assistance and production of academic documents  

·         assist with enquiries on all elements of the student record

·         support with appointment diagnosis and appointment bookings with services

·         guidance and information on how to access and use all Student Services resources and how to understand University procedures

·         support and information to assist with welfare issues

The University also has a January intake which caters for in-service applicants who have University qualifications and they qualify for exemptions from some courses, applications for this intake normally opens from the month of November each year. This intake also caters for students who qualify to apply for re-admission and re-instatement.
