All applicants must complete all the sections of the application form carefully and legibly.
A non-refundable application fee of M200.00 for Basotho, M250.00 for non-Basotho and M500.00 for transferring students should be deposited into the school’s bank account before submitting the application form. Bank slip should be attached with all other necessary documents at attachment section.

Transferring students should also attach recommendation letter from Principal Nurse Educator/Rector of current School of Nursing

Nursing Assistant Certificates and transcript (For qualified Nursing Assistants) should be attached.
