Duration of Courses
• All Courses in Music & Dance (except Violin) – 2 years (part time) 1 hr per week
• Violin – 3 years (part time) 1 hr per week
• Course in Creative Arts – 1 year (part time) 2 hrs per week
Age Limit:
For Dance, Tabla, Violin and Vocal Music : between 6 and 9 years of age, by 31 December 2020
For Creative Arts : between 7 and 9 years of age, by 31 December 2020
Fees
Registration Fees : Rs 125/-
(Non-Refundable)
Course Fees : Rs 375/-(Per Annum)
Mode of Application
Applications should be made on the prescribed form obtainable during office hours, from the reception Counters, SMAS Building, Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Moka and the Rabindranath
Tagore Institute, Ilot.
Application forms are also available at the above centres. Application forms, duly filled in must be returned together with photocopies of birth certificate, certificate of naturalisation (where
applicable) so as to reach the office of the Director-General (MGI & RTI), Mahatma Gandhi
Institute, Moka 80808, not later than Wednesday 27 January 2021.
Applications should be made for only one discipline per applicant.

The Mahatma Gandhi Institute reserves the right not to run any of the courses advertised if the number of applicants is not sufficient.
