Dr. Chipampe Lombe (PhD, MSc, UWC. RSA) (Acting Dean).
Dr Lombe is currently the Acting Dean of the School of Graduate Studies at Mukuba University. She teaches Molecular Biology and General Biochemistry. Her research focus areas include the application of bioinformatics and molecular biology techniques to identify novel diagnostic biomarkers for non-communicable and communicable diseases and using nanotechnology to execute the molecular work for real time diagnostics.
About the School of Graduate Studies
The Mukuba University School of Graduate Studies affords students the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies in various STEM disciplines. It ensures research capacity enhancement across all schools at the university. The school aligns postgraduate programmes as well as support services for graduate students. It participates in and encourages various student exchange opportunities for student exchange and international collaborations. In addition, the school has partnered with the Directorate of Research and Innovation to give focused attention to doctoral students.

1. Five (5) credits or better in Mathematics, English and a Science related subject plus any other two.
2. Applicants for Bachelor of Education (Textiles and Nutritional Sciences) should have passed in any of the following subjects; Food and Nutrition, Home Management, and Fashion and Fabrics
3. Applicants for Teaching Methods should have obtained a minimum of a Degree
Payment Of Fees
All students shall be issued with an invoice at the commencement of a new Academic year from the Student Finance Office which indicates the fees payable in an Academic Year. These fees are expected to be paid in full at the beginning of 3rd Term if on payment plan. The University has made provisions for students failing to meet their payment at once to spread payments in the following manner:
Students shall be required to pay a Minimum Initial Payment (MIP) of Fifty (50%) percent to enable the registration process for an academic year.
Thereafter make a regular Termly payment of Twenty-Five (25%) at the beginning of Term II and Term III.
