Index Numbers and Exam Centers For 2020/21 GES Teachers Promotion Exams

The Ghana Education Service, GES released names of qualified applicants for some regions. 

Meanwhile, information gathered by listengh.net indicates that the GES has started sending text messages to qualified teachers who are due for promotion to the various ranks as already announced by the service. 

Individuals however urged to keep hope alive and wait for their text messages. Applicants need to note that the phone numbers that were provided during the application process are where the text message will be channeled through. Therefore, individuals are urged to keep monitoring their SMS inbox for any further update from the Ghana Education Service.

Candidates upon receiving their index numbers and exam centre where the exam is scheduled for Thursday 25th February 2021 at 9.30 am prompt will report to the centre at least two hours before the start of the exam.
Participants will be urged to go to the exam centre along with a national photo identity card and the original copy of your last promotion letter.

The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) after slating 25th and 26th February 2021 for the writing of aptitude tests for promotion ranks of Principal Superintendent, Assistant Director II, Assistant Director I, and Deputy Director has released index numbers and exam centres as well.

According to the GES, only qualified applicants will receive the said Index numbers with their exams centres.

The service has earlier this week released the list of exam centres and index numbers of qualified applicants.

Candidates are however urged to contact their various district offices for updates. We will however not hesitate to upload the remaining regions when we lay hands on them.
