PSAC Modular Assessment Grade 5 Question Papers
The Diagnostic Assessment Data Entry software has been developed by Mauritius
Examinations Syndicate (MES) to enable the recording and analysis of results for the Diagnostic
Assessment at Grade 3. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for the installation and use
of the software.

This software should only be used to record the Diagnostic Assessment results for Grade 3
pupils.
The information recorded will be used by the MES for tracking pupils’ progress. It is thus
important that the particulars (Name, NID & Gender) of each pupil are carefully recorded as
per his/her Birth Certificate.
