GES reschedules SHS 3 students reopening to May 5

The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) under the auspices of the Ministry of Education says it has revised this year’s academic calendar and rescheduled the SHS 3 students reopening to May 5, 2021.

The rescheduling of the SHS 3 students reopening date according to Ghana Education Service in a social media post sighted by Educationweb.com.gh follows a proposal from CHASS to review this year’s academic calendar.

According to the Education Service, the new reopening date applies to all final year students in single track and double track schools.

The Service says it in due course will officially communicate more details on the changes to members of the general public and students in due course

“All other arrangements on the academic calendar including the proposed date for the Form 3 students to sit for the WASSCE for School remain unchanged,” the Ghana Education Service (GES) stated in the post.
