NB* No applications will be available for General Nursing program.

N.B make sure you have filled your application form correctly. An incomplete  application will not be considered.

A NON REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE OF M370.00 (THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY MALOTI) FOR FACE-TO-FACE MIDWIFERY PROGRAMME  AND M520.00 (FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY MALOTI) FOR DIPLOMA IN MIDWIFERY ODL PROGRAMME MUST BE PAID AND THE DEPOSIT SLIP ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION FORM UPON SUBMISSION.

Diploma in Nursing                                  Duration: 3 years

Admission Requirements

COSC (Cambridge Overseas School Certificate) OR LGCSE  (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education)A candidate must have passed a minimum of six (6) subjects of which four (4) must be credits as follows:·  A Credit (C or better) in any of the three science subjects and a pass D or better in any of the remaining two subjects (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Integrated or Combined Science)·   Three or more additional credits in any other COSC OR LGCSE subjects·    A pass of seven 7 (D or better) in Mathematics·    A Pass of seven 7 (D or better) in English language·   For foreign applicants, validation of certificates from home country and ECOL evaluation certificate
Those with Certificates in Nursing·    Certificate in Nursing·   A minimum of 5 passed subjects at COSC / LGCSE including Biology, Maths and English·  Pass with distinction in the certificate in Nursing program or·   Two years working experience as a Nursing Assistant is an added advantage
Students transferring-in from other Nursing Colleges·     Previous level / semester results·     Testimonial from Principal Nurse Educator (PNE)·     COSC / LGCSE certificates

Face-to-face Diploma in Midwifery           Duration:1 year

Face-to-face Diploma in MidwiferyThe applicant must have the following:·    Diploma in nursing·    Proof of registration with Lesotho Nursing Council·  For foreign applicants, a proof of registration with the professional regulatory body of own country, validation of certificates from own country and ECOL evaluation certificate 

Blended Learning Diploma in Midwifery   Duration:1 year 6 months
