NOTICE FOR PROSPECTIVE LEARNERS OF JULY 2021 INTAKE

 Documents to be submitted: Click here Finance Cash counter at OU Réduit IS NOT OPEN for the collection of application/registration fees until further notice. Prospective learners should bring all their documents at OU Réduit as from 21 June 2021. Refer to procedures (Click here)After payment of the application fee, the Cash Deposit voucher, Bank Transfer Voucher or any other proof of payment should be emailed immediately to: feesfinance@open.ac.mu. In the mail, please mention your name, phone number, programme(s) applied for and application code (RDAP).

To be submitted in original + photocopy:
A. Foundation Programme (Statement of results for SC and HSC will not be considered)
 Copy of the duly signed application form submitted online
 SC with 3 credits and 2 pass for applicant who is 25 Years old and above.
 SC with 4 credits and 2 pass + HSC with at least 1 “A” Level for applicant who is between 20 to 24 years
old
 For fresh HSC Holders- SC with 5 credits + HSC with at least 1 “A” Level
 Birth Certificate
 Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
 National ID
 Recent Utility bill as proof of address
 2 passport size photos (1 to be submitted with your name & prog written on the verso and another one to
stick on the front page of the application form)
 Evidence of having paid the application fee (Cash deposit at Bank/ Bank transfer/MYT money /Juice)
B. Undergraduate Programmes (Statement of results for SC and HSC will not be considered)
 Copy of the duly signed application form submitted online
 SC and HSC/ Foundation awarded by OU.
 For fresh HSC Holders- SC with 5 credits + HSC with at least 2 “A” Level and 2 Advanced Subsidiary
 HSC Mock exam results will be accepted for only those learners sitting for the April 2021 exams
 Birth Certificate.
 Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
 National ID
 Recent Utility Bill as proof of address
 2 passport size photos (1 to be submitted with your name & prog written on the verso and another one to
stick on the front page of the application form)
 Evidence of having paid the application fee (Cash deposit at Bank/ Bank transfer/my.t money /Juice).
 The duly filled in Free Tertiary Education Scheme (FTES) Form

C. Postgraduate Programmes
 Copy of the duly signed application form submitted online
 Undergraduate Honours Degree with at least 2nd Division from a recognised University. Upon request
of Admission Office, the onus to seek recognition
 of university and equivalence of degree rest solely on the applicant.
 For an Ordinary Degree from a recognised University, a testimonial certifying a minimum of 5 yrs. work
experience.
 For CEMBA/CEMPA, a testimonial certifying a minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification
experience is required.
 Birth Certificate.
 Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
 National ID
