The Academic Merit Scholarship
Scholarships are available for local and international students who wish to study an undergraduate degree with us in September 2021. One Academic Merit Scholarship of 40% on tuition fees per year will be given to the student with the best results.

The Scholarships are only available to any of the following programmes below:
- BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance
- BA (Hons) Advertising, Public Relations and Branding
- BA (Hons) Business Management
- BSc (Hons) Psychology with Counselling Skills
- One for our IT Programmes – BSc (Hons) Information Technology / BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Systems Engineering) / BSc (Hons) Cyber Security & Digital Forensics / BSc(Hons) Computer Netorks
- One for our Law Programmes – LLB (Hons) Bachelor of Laws / LLB Law (Hons) with International Relations

Other Conditions
- Duration: The scholarship will be valid for one full academic year (renewable).Course Level: This scholarship is available for prospective first-year undergraduate students only. Conditions for local and international student: In order to be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be able to commence their studies in September 2021.
- Have not been awarded any other scholarship either by Middlesex University, local authorities or any other organization.
- Studying for the first time at Middlesex University Mauritius.
- Scholarships are awarded towards tuition fees only, they do not include other costs of studying such as housing, living expenses, transportation, field trips or text books.
- Scholarships are valid for the term offered and cannot be deferred. All conditions of offer must be fulfilled before a scholarship can be awarded.
- Students who are awarded the Scholarship are expected to voluntarily contribute to the University’s marketing efforts in their respective countries. This may include, but not be limited to writing blogs about their University experience, managing a country specific social media page, providing support at international recruitment events etc.
- Renewable of scholarship: The scholarship will be renewable yearly based upon performance and attendance. The criteria for renewal are as follows: –
- Consistent academic performance during the academic year that the award/scholarship was awarded (all grades to be within First class band: MU grades 1-4)
- Satisfactory attendance record (minimum 85% over every academic year)
- Exemplary conduct and behavior during your study at Middlesex University Notification: Successful applicants will be notified by 17th September 2021 and presented with the Award at a special event during the month of September 2021.How to apply:

- In case of a tie-breaker Middlesex University Mauritius will request for an interview session.
