UEW Point Mass Registration and Distribution of Treated Bednet

The University has been informed that the Ghana Health Service, together with its Partners, is embarking on a house to house registration and point mas distribution of insecticidal bednets to households in the Effutu Municipality. The goal of the programme is to protect at least 80% of the population with effective malaria intervention in line with the National Strategic Plan 2021 – 2025.

The exercise is scheduled as follows:

  • House to House Registration: 11th – 17th June 2021 
  • Distribution of Insecticidal bed-Nets: 27th – 7th August 2021
