DNEA Exam Results: Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment (DNEA), Namibia and the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture (MoEAC) conducted national exams and also published their results. DNEA Exam Results are generally released in the month of December and January.

DNEA Exam Results:

The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture, Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment hereby announce the results release date of Grade 10 (JSC) and Grade 12 Higher level (NSSCH) 21st December(Tentative). Both websites and SMS services will become active at 00:15 minutes after midnight.

The following procedure should be followed when using the SMS services to obtain the results. E.g. NSSCH followed by surname and first name/examination number of the candidate.
Example: NSSCH Kaperu Theo or Example: NSSCH 10HE250025

E.g. JSC followed by surname and first name/examination number of the candidate.
Example: JSC Kamoloh Fennie or Example: JSC 10HE250025

Send this information to any of the following numbers 2929, 99099 or 55755 and in response, your surname, name and results will be displayed on your screen. The results will also be available on the website of www.dnea.gov.na andwww.moe.gov.na.

The main function of the Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment (DNEA) is to provide a national assessment and certification service for various schools in Namibia and also help them to improve the quality of education. DNEA also monitor the educational standards in Namibia. The DNEA successfully administer the school examination and certification functions for the following exams.

Junior Secondary Certificate (JSC) / Grade 10.

Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary Level (NSSCO) / Grade 12.

Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Higher Level (NSSCH) / Grade 12.

Grade 7 examination.

How to check DNEA Exam Results:

The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture and Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment (DNEA), Namibia allows students to check their exam results in different ways. Before publishing any results Namibia and the Ministry of Education, Arts, and Culture (MoEAC) made a press conference about the result release date. Once the results are published students may get them in the following ways.

DNEA Exam Results Via SMS:

Exam results for grade 10 (JSC) and grade 12 (NSSC) may be obtained via SMS by following the example format of SMS. There are two formats for SMS services one is using name another is using examination number.

SMS services one is using name:

Go to write SMS, Type your <<Exam Name>> <<Space>> <<surname>> <<Space>> <<first name>>.

Example (a) For JSC ResultsJSC Kalomoh Fennie

Example (b) for NSSCH Results: NSSCH Kaperu Theo

SMS services one is using name:

Go to write SMS, Type your <<Exam Name>> <<Space>> <<examination number>>

Send this information to any of the following numbers 292999099 or 55755 and in response your surname, name and results will be displayed on the screen of your cell phone.

DNEA Exam Results Via Online:

DNEA and MoEAC both allow students to check the results through web applications i.e. if you have an Internet collection you can check the results by using your smartphone and computer.

Step 1: Open your Internet browser.

Step 2: Type the URL in the address bar “http://209.88.21.102/DNEAExamResults/“

Step 3: “DNEA Exam Results Query Service” Page will open.

Step 4: Now select “Grade” From the list textbox as Grade 10 | Grade 12

Step 5: Select the “Examination Session:”

Step 6: Enter Student Number: “__________”
Grade 12 student Number looks like this: 15OA999999 or A099999
Grade 10 student Number looks like this: 102W099999

Step 7: Finally click on “View Result”

N.B. You can download/save the results for future purposes.
