Tuition Fees – Full Time Programme

1. Amounts quoted are exclusive of GST. The GST on the tuition fee is subsidised by the Ministry of Education (MOE) for these students. 

2. For international students on subsidised tuition fees and students of all nationalities on non-subsidised tuition fees, the fee amounts quoted are inclusive of prevailing GST of 7%. GST is subject to change. GST on the tuition fee is to be borne by students.

Tuition Fees

Every year, fees are reviewed and subject to revision. As and when fees are revised, the new fees will be applicable to new intake. All fees listed are in Singapore dollars (S$) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The tuition fees payable for the entire ​programme are S$24,900 for local students (Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents) and S$34,000 for international students. The amounts do not include air tickets, accommodation and living expenses, during the overseas immersion programme, or any miscellaneous fees.

Fee Payment Schedule

The tuition fees are payable during the first 2 semesters upon joining the programme and subject to adjustments made by the University. The payment schedule is as follows:

*With effect from 2021, the tuition fees will apply to the student intakes from 2021 onwards.

Miscellaneous Fees

Miscellaneous fees are for both local and international applicants. Please check with the MTI Programme Office for the latest fees.

Tuition Fees

All fees listed below are in Singapore dollars (S$), exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST for these students is borne by MOE. Every year, fees are reviewed and subject to revision. For Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents under subsidised programmes, the tuition fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). 

Full Tuition Fees (Full Fees) is the total Fees without subsidy from Ministry of Education (MOE).

Note:

  • The miscellaneous fees will be incorporated into student’s bill together with the tuition fee and are to be paid only upon E-bill received from NSS-Finance. The bill will be sent to candidates after they have registered formally with the University.
  • Candidates who withdraw from the programme within the first 2 weeks of the first semester shall not be liable for the Tuition Fee, and Miscellaneous Fees.
