BGCSE Bahamas Online Registration Fees

By | November 8, 2021

The Bahamas General Certificate of Secondary Education examination is an internationally recognised certification taken at the high school student’s level, which is usually required to attend university or study for professional qualifications. These are exams formed by the Ministry of Education in the Government of The Bahamas and commissioned by Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.

Bahamas General Certificate of Secondary Education, BGCSE, is based on the United Kingdom General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) and the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) models, but it has been tailored to meet the specific needs of The Bahamas. BGCSE examinations are designed to be taken after three years of high school study culminating at Grade 12.

Twenty-five subjects are currently offered.
