Potential students who have applied and qualify for the entry requirements are given application forms and shortlisted. Those shortlisted according to their C.O.S.C/LGCSE. results and other relevant factors then called for interviews on a set date. The prospective candidates are subjected to oral and written interviews that bear specific marks that candidates earn per performance.
Candidates are ranked according to their performance and the availability of space for various cadres. There is a percentage put aside for straight forward admissions for qualifying students, for male students, for those who have undergone nursing assistants’ programme or an equivalent and for those who are special cases and are disadvantaged. Selections Committee does the final selection.
Students Apply for accommodation and have option to stay off campus.
In order to qualify for admission at Roma College of Nursing, a student should have attained a minimum of six (6) passed subjects at COSC /LGCSE level with the following:
- Pass of D or better in English language
- Pass of E or above in Mathematics
- Credit of C or above in any Science Subject i.e Biology,Physics or Chemistry
- Credit of C in any other three Subjects
