SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT
The Parents/Guardians can choose one of the below options in settling the tuition and transportation fees throughout the semester/term:
- Option 1: Full Payment Upfront, due by 30th August
- Option 2: Two Equal Installments due by 30th August and 3rd January
- Option 3: Three Equal Installments, 30th August, 01st December and 04th April
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1- Cash Settlement
2- Cheques [Cheques drawn on a bank operating in the UAE made payable to “International Community School.” on or before the due date mentioned above]
3- Bank Transfers / Bank Deposits
Payment can be made by transferring or depositing the appropriate amounts directly to the School’s bank account. The following information need to be noted on the transfer/deposit form:

IMPORTANT NOTES
Uniform fees payable with the first installment of tuition /transportation.
- If you choose to make a bank transfer or bank deposit you are requested to bring the transfer details to the Account Department or email it to, br1accountant@icschool-uae.com
- Once we confirm the fees payment we will issue the student an official receipt for the amount transferred and the document needed to receive books and uniform
- Cheques that are returned from the bank for any reason will be charged 500/- AED.
- If two cheques do not clear for any reason (insufficient fund, closed account…etc.) cheques will no longer be accepted as a form of payment for school fees. And the ICS reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for returned cheques.
- Please make sure you keep all your receipts.
Parents are required to adhere to payment deadlines; otherwise student may face temporary suspension and/or cancellation of his/her registration for next academic year

**Please note that there is Non-refundable registration fee of AED 750 upon registration. This is paid following the admissions test.
