General Steps for Applying

  1. Obtain application form either by
    1. Downloading from our website
    2. Request it from email address applications@africau.edu
      or
    3. Get the form from Academic Office at Africa University Campus
  2. Complete the application form.
  3. Attach all the admission requirements afore-mentioned
  4. Send the documents to us either by:
    1. Mail to: The Assistant Registrar Academic Affairs, P. O. Box 1320, Mutare, Fairview Road, Off Nyanga Road Old Mutare, Zimbabwe
    2. Email scanned copies to academic@africau.edu andstudentrecruitment@africau.edu

The development of Africa University is a consequence of the growth of United Methodism in Africa. The growth in membership and the emerging socio-economic and political needs in their countries led the African Bishops of the United Methodist Church (UMC) to call on their Church to invest in higher education provision in Africa.

Africa University aspires to become a world class university for leadership development in Africa.

The mission of Africa University is to provide quality education within a Pan-African context through which persons can acquire general and professional knowledge and skills, grow in spiritual maturity, develop sound moral values, ethics and leadership qualities.
