How to enroll with Belstar Training Centre.
1 Download enrolment form Click here: enrollment form
2 Before completing the form, you should have read and understood :

the student charter Charter 12014
our refund policy refund3 You should submit the following with your enrolment form :
A copy of your National id card
A copy of your Highest academic certificate
Student Registration number from ICSA if available
If you are sponsored, a letter from your employer
Copy of results slip for a module which is being repeated .
4 Enrolment Dates
Enrolment is effected on Saturdays Between 9.30 and 12.00
If you prefer to enroll on a week day, please call the Centre Administrator , Mr Anon
Panyandee on 7357962 for an appointment 5 Enrolment form properly completed and accompanied by a cheque for the
appropriate amount and all relevant documents may be sent by registered post to:

Once you have decided which module you will attempt, obtain your study text
and start preparing. This will be very helpful when you join the class..
For those who are awaiting results to start Module 2 , please remember that you
will have only 15 sessions left which is too short .Step 3 Filling a Form

Button to view the advertised Schemes Read the instructions carefully of each of the scheme you want to apply for
Fill in the application form accordingly. To submit there is minimum information that must be captured. If you don’t have this information ready, simply save the form and return later to complete it when you have all the information required to submit the application form
Once the form is completely filled and submitted the following actions can be done
NOTE: Remember to Logout after you have finished applying
