As a business we have identified the need for higher levels of customer service in an insurance brokering industry dominated by ‘’big’’ brokerages. It is our view that due to their size, these ‘’big’’ brokerages lack flexibility and are often unable to provide the level of personalised service many clients seek, which we can offer. We have the credentials, experience and motivation to bridge the relationship gap between client and insurer, and in doing so BOC aims to establish itself as the market service leader in the Botswana Insurance industry.
BOC strives to understand the insurance requirements of our clients and to match them with the appropriate cover. It is our responsibility to ensure that our clients better understand the cover which insurance policies provide to them (and importantly what is not covered), and the circumstances in which valid claims can be submitted. An informed client matched with an insurer that correctly understands the clients’ needs creates a much healthier industry environment, a significantly improved customer service experience and a mutually beneficial and sustainable business relationship.
