Distance Education students who are injured or become ill on duty at their clinical site will normally be treated within the hospitals emergency room. However, the student will be responsible for all medical expenses.

Malpractice Insurance for Internship 

The school provides malpractice insurance based on the contract that is signed between the school and the individual hospital. This fee could vary depending on the institution and individual state that the student attends. General Malpractice insurance is provided as part of tution.

Text Books and Materials

The costs for textbooks required within the NDT Technology program are the responsibility of the student and not included in tuition. Books may be purchased through the school and receive a ten percent discount through Rittenhouse book store or may be purchased online at web sites such as amazon.com. A copy of the required books for each course is located within the back of the school catalog and in each course syllabus.

Tuition Payments

Individual may apply for a no-interest loan from the school.  The loan, if approved must have payment paid by a checking account or credit card with automatic payment dates.  Tuition is required to be paid five (5) days prior to the starting date of each semester or quarter.

Refund Policy

Please refer to the refund policy that is stated in the 2018-2019 School Catalog. The information is also listed within your enrollment contract.  All refunds are based on state and federal finance guidelines.
