The Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) （房地产代理理事会） was formed on the 22nd October 2010 as a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development.
Established under the Estate Agents Act, CEA is empowered to administer the regulatory framework for the real estate agency industry. In addition, CEA is committed to raise the professionalism of the real estate agency industry through collaborative efforts with the industry on professional development programmes and protect the interests of the consumers through targeted public education schemes.
Maintenance
Our CEA website, e-services and My CPD Portal will be undergoing maintenance and will not be available from 18 December 2021, 6.30pm to 19 December 2021, 2am.
Our ACEAS e-services and Public Register will be undergoing daily scheduled maintenance from 10pm to 1am, from 1 December to 31 December 2021.
You will not be able to access these services during these times. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
