  • Not been in liquidation or under judicial management, except where such liquidation or judicial management is part of scheme for reconstruction or amalgamation of such company.
  • None of the Directors or Shareholders are disqualified as an individual under above requirements of an individual.

  3. Pay the non-refundable application fee.
  4. If the system accepts the application, you will be notified. You must then notify and consult all interested and affected parties within 180 days from the date of the notice.
