A. COMBINATION OF STATEMENTS OF RESULTS FOR GRADE 9
This service is done in order for the candidate to have a Certificate to proceed to Grade 10. It is also a requirement that candidates entering for the Grade 12 examination must be in possession of the Grade 9 certificate. Hence, the need for Combination of Statements of Results at this level.

B. ACCUMULATION OF GCE RESULTS
A candidate can only accumulate GCE certificates into one accumulated Certificate called the Accumulation Certificate. This service is available to candidates that have more than one GCE Certificate and wish to put the results on to one document to easy the portability of the many certificates the may poses.

CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS WITH COUNCIL SEAL
This service is only done to results awarded by the ECZ. This is done to confirm that the results the candidate has on his/ her certificate/ Statement of Results are genuine by comparing with the ECZ record. The service is offered at Grade 7, 9, 12, GCE and Teacher Education.
Requirements:
- Clear photocopy of the certificate/ statement of results
- N.B. Statement of results can only be certified if certificates for the year have not been dispatched by the ECZ
Charges:
- K100 per copy
