Long DescriptionThe Good Shepherd College of Nursing is a Roman Catholic Higher Institution, situated within the Good Shepherd Hospital in the Lubombo Region. The training of nurses began in 1970, with the First Aid program. The curriculum was reviewed in 1972 to offer Nurse Assistant program. The college is expanding in 2013 to offer a diploma in General Nursing. The clinical experience is acquired from the hospital and other facilities in the country as required by the curriculum for students.
Lectures are delivered in clinical laboratories, computer and science laboratories and ordinary lecture rooms. -
MissionThe fundamental purpose of the college of nursing is to prepare nurses to deliver health care services to a culturally diverse population within a variety of health care settings.

Good Shepherd College of Nursing Admission Requirements
Applications for admission will open on the February. Prospective applicants into the Diploma in General nursing and the Certificate in Nursing are expected to come with
1. E30 Form Fee
2. Orignal copies of O’Level, Matric, SGSCE or IGSCE certificates and transcripts
Only qualifying students will be given the forms
Entry requirements:
Diploma in General Nursing – 4 credits including maths, english and sciences and any other two passes
Certificate in Nursing – 3 credits and any two passes
Diploma in General Nursing – 4 credits including maths, english and sciences and any other two passes
