How to Apply

You can either download the application form from this website or come to our Office in Lusaka to obtain the application forms. Copperbelt based applicants can obtain application forms from Intermarket Banking Corporation at Mukuba Pension House in Kitwe. All the application forms attract a minimal fee. Undergraduate and ACCA application forms cost K120.00 whereas Postgraduate application forms cost K150.00. You can also download   Exemption forms for students with prior qualications and programme   Deferement forms for students wishing to defer their studies.The application fees can be deposited into any the following accounts:

Steps for registration (Do the following after 2015 semester 2 results have been published)Log in your student portal.Under student menu Click on 2016 Semester 1 RegistrationYour Quotation will appear if you have no outstanding balance.Click the printer icon on top of the quotation to print the quotation.Deposit the fees at any of the banks on shown on your quotation.Make sure that you provide your STUDENT NUMBER to the cashier at the bank on depositing.Go back to your student portal after 48 hours and click on register on your quotation under TOTAL FEES.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE THE STUDENT NUMBER TO THE CASHIER WHEN DEPOSITING THE FEES, OTHERWISE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE.

The Application Process 
You will be sent an acknowledgement as soon as UNILUS has received your application. Your form will then be passed on to the relevant undergraduate /postgraduate admissions authourity in the School or Faculty within UNILUS. Decisions regarding admissions are not made until a full application is received. It is important that you enclose all of the information requested to prevent any delays in the application process.
