Entry Requirements;
1.Five(5) O’levels at Credit or better of the Zambian General Certificate or its equivalent as follows.
I.English language
II.Mathematics
III.Any science
Iv.Any other two(2)subjects.
2.Original and photocopies of Grade twelve(12)certificate or its equivalent.
3 . Original and photocopies of green N.r.c
4.A non refundable interview fee of K250
(inclusive of application form)to be deposited in the Kafue schools of Nursing Account no.5548617300208 Zanaco Bank.
Name of candidate should appear on the Bank deposit slip.
Interviews will begin on Monday 6th November to Friday 10th November.
Application forms can be obtained starting on Monday 30th October to Friday 3rd November at the school located at Kafue General Hospital in Kafue.

The above mentioned can be sent by email, posted or dropped off at the Admission offices at any of the two campuses. If your application has been successful, the Admission Office will contact you.
