Doing Business Action Plan: Enforcing Contracts (May 2019 – April 2020)
Please read the implementation schedule of the World Bank Doing Business Action Plan in Lesotho. The plan specifically targets facilitation of the enforcement of contracts and will run from May 2019 to April 2020.
Engage with private sector on the reform priorities through workshops, seminars, etc
Disseminate completion of reforms to private sector/contributors through print, electronic and social medial (Facebook, WhatsApp groups)
Publish all available commercial cases judgments at the High Court Commercial Division website
Search for Lesotho Law Reform Commission Job Vacancies
