Lilongwe Training School Courses Offered; These are the list of courses offered at Lilongwe Teachers Training School.
- Conducting teacher preparation courses focused on communicative TESOL methods and effective classroom practices
- Offering English language instruction to improve trainee EFL teachers’ proficiency levels
- Providing train-the-trainer workshops
- Providing instruction on test-taking strategies and supporting teaching practicum preparations
Secondary duties may include supporting the launch of the English Access Micro scholarship Program by providing instruction and offering teacher training for English Access Micro scholarship Program teachers, providing English language learning and cultural program support at the American Corner, and conducting lesson observations and providing feedback.
Each semester existing students are required to register for classes for the particular semester. The registration is held in the respective college office of students’ Affairs.
To register for classes, students should collect three copies of registration slips from the respective departmental heads complete the required information and get them signed by the head of the department/school and submit one copy of the slip to the respective college office of students’ Affairs and one copy to the University office of the registrar.
