How to Apply
UNDERGRADUATE

1. Complete and sign an Application Form
   Available from Campus or the website – www.middlesex.mu
2. Attach SC, HSC and any other relevant Certificates and transcripts
   Kindly bring your original certificates so that copies can be certified
3. Attach on academic reference
   On Letterhead paper or with an official stamp:

• Either a School Leaving Certificate
• Or a Written reference from a former School teacher

1. Attach a copy of your National Identity Card
   (Both sides.) If student is under 18 years of age, provide a copy of the data page of
   passport or copy of birth certificate.
2. The Application documents will be processed
   It shall take no more than 3 working days unless an applicant is requesting entry on to
   Year 2 or Year 3, then it may take up to 2-3 weeks.
3. A Conditional Offer Letter will be issued
   Ans posted to your residential address and you will be asked to reserve your seat at
   Middlesex University by effecting the deposit payment.

• Payment details and methods are stated on the Conditional Offer Letter. Please add
  your student number as reference if paying by bank transfer.

1. 2 Passport siz photograph are requested
   At this stage by post once the deposit is received and academic conditions are satisfied
   (if any)
   POSTGRADUATE
   Same as above but with the following additional documents required when applying:

• Updated CV with full work experience
• Personal Statement stating the reason behind your interest in completing this
  programme.
• Reference from employer
