Mode of Application
Applications should be made on the prescribed forms obtainable during office hours, from the reception
Counters, SMAS Building, Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Moka and the Rabindranath Tagore Institute, Ilot.
Application forms are also available at the above centres. Applicants may also download a printable
Application Form from the Mahatma Gandhi Institute and Rabindranath Tagore Institute Website:

Application forms, duly filled in must be returned together with photocopies of birth certificate,
certificate of naturalisation (where applicable) to:
(i) The office of the Director-General (MGI & RTI), Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Moka 80808 for
Courses offered by the Mahatma Gandhi Institute (MGI), or
(ii) The Officer in Charge, Rabindranath Tagore Institute, Ilot, D’Epinay, for courses offered by the
Rabindranath Tagore Institute (RTI).
The closing date for the submission of applications is Wednesday 31 January 2018.
Applications should be made for only one subject/discipline per applicant.
The subject/discipline chosen should be clearly marked on the left-hand corner of the envelope.
The Mahatma Gandhi Institute and the Rabindranath Tagore Institute reserves the right not to run any of
the courses advertised if the number of students is not sufficient.

Registration Fees: Rs.125/-
Course Fees: Rs.500/- per Annum
(Fees are non-refundable)
Candidate must have completed the
Certificate of Primary Education.

Hobby Courses (6 months part-time)
Registration Fees: Rs.300/-
(Fees are non-refundable)
