Tenderers financial capability to undertake project of this magnitude (ascertained through
a three years audited financial statement.

  1. Technical Assessment
    The technical assessment will establish whether the tender meets the requirements set out in the
    specification and, if not, the significance of any variation from that specification. This part of
    assessment will take 80% of the final score.

-Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Reception. The Tender Box Closing Time is as per the Clock at the Reception of the SNI Office Building.
-The date and time for submission of Tenders is:
Tuesday 21st May 2019, not later than 12:00 noon.
-The envelope SHALL be sealed and must be marked:

-The envelope must contain the original, which are marked ‘original’ and an envelope containing the copy, which are marked ‘copy’.
-Tenderers shall make a payment of a non-refundable tender fee of E300.00 to Sebenta National Institute.

Completed Tender documents must be placed in the Tender Box situated at the Sebenta National Institute, Somhlolo Road, next to Eswatini College of Technology, MBABANE on or before 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, 21st May 2019.

  1. Tenderers shall make a payment of a non-refundable tender fee of E300.00 to Sebenta National Institute.
