Training Methods
The training workshops are highly intensive and strongly participant centred. The training approach is therefore geared to be as interactive and participative as possible, where by the experience and expertise of the participants is considered a very important input. The participants are encouraged to exchange views and ideas with the team leader playing the role of the facilitator. Concepts are therefore discussed in the context of the practical experience of the participants, expounded and guided by that of the facilitator
