Roseline is the Managing Director for Distinctive Consultancy Services. She has over 25 years of working experience she has held senior positions in formal employment in Private Sector and consultancy assignments in public sector, state owned enterprises and leading private sector organizations as well as NGO’s.
Rose seats on the Boards of various organizations. She is chairperson of the Board, for Tropical Reinsurance, and sits on the Board of CBZ Holdings. As part of her Strategic Leadership experience has sat on the HR Committee for Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe from 2015-2016, National Manpower Advisory Council from 2012 to 2015 and the Labour Law Advisory Council in 2016. She has also sat on the Boards of Legal Resources Foundation, Institute of Directors and Pioneer Corporation Africa.
She is the past president for IPMZ (2011-2013) and has received several leadership awards. She is a Fellow of the Institute. Rose is a Commissioner on the Competition and Tariff Commission. She is also an Arbitrator with Commercial Arbitration Centre.
She holds a Diploma in Personnel Management (IPMZ), Bachelor of Business Studies – Honors Degree (UZ), an MBA – Nottingham Trent University and is currently studying with the Institute of Consulting UK for a Diploma in Professional Consulting.
