University of Mauritius Application forms

Step 1FOR NEW USER, click on the Create new account link to create your own Login Name.

Step 2A temporary password will be sent to you on your corresponding email address which you have to change upon accessing the Online Application System on first login.

NOTE:
A valid and active email address must be provided by applicant since in case you have been selected, letter of offer will be sent to you via this email address. In case you change your email address, you should inform the University in writing on the following Email address (admission@uom.ac.mu) at the earliest possible.Step 3Fill in the Online Application Form.

Step 4View/Confirm your application. Before confirming your application, ensure that all information is correct.You have to ascertain that entries made are true and correct. Any wrong or false information entered by you will entail immediate withdrawal of the offer of a seat in the event of your being selected.

Step 5Print the Cash Deposit Voucher after confirming your application and proceed for payment of Application Fee as follows:

Fees are to be paid through either The SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd or The Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd.

The payment options are as follows:(a)SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd to UoM Bank Account No. 62025100002371

(I)Internet Banking at the following address: www.sbmgroup.mu(II)Over the Counter at any branch of SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd.

You are requested to call in person at the Bank before the submission deadline as per Advertisement to settle full payment of Rs1,500. You should show to the Bank the printed Cash Deposit Voucher duly signed in by you and, after payment, you will receive a receipt.
(b)The Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd to UoM Bank Account No. 000142555444(I)Internet Banking at the following address: www.mcb.mu(II)MCB Juice

(c)Online Payment through UoM Website

(I)“Pay Online” system to pay via Credit Card in USD or MUR.(II)“Pay Online” system to pay via my.t money.
The system is accessible via the UoM Website under the “Campus Facilities menu”

The payment of the Application Fee should be effected before the submission deadline as per Advertisement.
You are strongly advised to keep a copy of the proof of payment. The University may ask you to produce a copy of the proof of payment.

The University is not liable for any wrong or incomplete information submitted. Any Financial Charges, where applicable, will have to be borne by the Applicant.
Step 7Photocopies of birth, educational, professional certificates and other supporting documents should be uploaded.

Married women should also upload copy of their marriage certificate.

Step 8IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO PRINT AND SEND YOUR APPLICATION FORM BY POST TO THE UNIVERSITY.

Applicants will not be required to call at the University for application procedures.
