Workers Management Training Center Application forms

The International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), the Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (SFIVET) and the Academy for International Cooperation of the GIZ (AIZ/GIZ) join forces to organize this course as part of Centre’s Skills Development portfolio, which targets worldwide capacity building needs to support the implementation of TVET and skills development programs.

This course provides insights into a systemic management approach and discusses the practical concepts and skills needed to prepare the vocational training Centres to face the challenges of
the future of work.

What will I be able to do?

Participants leave this course connected to a global network of skills development professionals and they will be able to improve their analytical and managerial capacity in the management of the vocational training Centres by:

  • Properly analyzing bottlenecks and challenges at the level of their own Centres;

  • Drawing a strategic development plan of their Centres;
  • Strengthening the business model of their institution, by assessing the services and products that can be provided by their Centres to the labour market.
