THE ZAMBIA CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY, ZCU ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Application for admission into the Zambia Catholic University is basically online or offline depending on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.
ZCU Online Application Procedure
- Simply complete the Zambia Catholic University Online Application Form stated below and upload all of the necessary documentation so that it can be processed by our administrative department.
- Your application will be completed once all of the necessary fees have been paid.
ZCU Offline Application Procedure
- The application form must be fully filled and the relevant academic documents attached.
- It can be downloaded online through the university admission portal HERE and sent to The Registrar, The Zambia Catholic University, P.O. Box 260410 Kalulushi, Zambia or emailed to [email protected] and [email protected]
Enclosed should be proof of deposit of a non-refundable application processing fee of ZMK 200.00 payable to THE ZAMBIA CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY – BARCLAYS BANK A/C 009 1331217
The Zambia Catholic University, ZCU offers postgraduate courses at Masters and Diploma levels besides those offered at undergraduate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as the Admissions office communicates it. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session. The admission procedure includes the Master’s Program applicants.
Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
